We don't actively monitor everything that happens on LocalCharm, but we reserve the right to monitor and remove content at our discretion if we find it violates these Terms. If your content is flagged or reported, we may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account.

8. Restrictions on Use

When using LocalCharm, there are a few things you can't do:

  • You can't use the app for illegal purposes.

9. In-App Purchases

LocalCharm offers some premium features and content for purchase within the app. You can choose to buy these features, but please note:

  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Prices may change from time to time, and we'll make sure to let you know about any changes before you make a purchase.

We also provide virtual goods, such as coins or gifts, that can be used within the app. Keep in mind that these virtual items are for LocalCharm use only and have no real-world monetary value.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep LocalCharm safe, secure, and fun, but we're not responsible for:

  • Any interactions between users that occur on the platform.
  • Any loss or damage to your data, including if you lose your account information.
  • Any third-party services or websites that you may access through LocalCharm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalCharm is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination of Your Account

If you ever want to stop using LocalCharm, you can delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us at support@localcharms.net. If we find that you've violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.
